These Aliff Puteri homes have performed commendably with 59 of the 71 units available units sold. The year 2007 also witnessed an increased level of confidence in the development with its earlier Phase 1A and 1B registering a 100% sales status and its commercial hub.

The property market in Kuantan is generally softer during the year compared to the preceding year. Nevertheless, BDK has managed to achieve 100% sales for the 2-storey shopoffice units given that the units are the only commercial properties to-date within the 85.4 acres of developed area in BDK.
