Damansara Realty Berhad has also set its footing in Terengganu by developing Alam Serada, a residential development in Mukim Serada, Kuala Terengganu. This is a maiden project for Damansara Realty Berhad via its 100% subsidiary Damansara Realty (Terengganu) Sdn. Bhd. (‘DRT’), as the developer in joint venture with a local company, NPPR Resources Sdn Bhd (‘NPPR’) as the registered landowner.

The site located approximately 15 kilometers by road to the South of Terengganu town. The nearest town the development is Pengadang Baru, which is about 9 kilometers.
